Celebrate pain as that pushes us to grow

All pain is a growing pain

Practice internal awareness to open intuition and knowing

Stillness balance and light 

Detachment means to not attach to other people's lack of growth 

Don't attach to the pain of separation 

We cant live anothers life - all you can do is love them 

Detachment comes from trusting in the plan and coming back to out own part in that plan. 

Identify in terms of vibration not good or bad - purify through positive and negative forces.
