How do we see?

With will power.

 Through developing the inner discipline of purification, and spiritual uplifting.

With  moral attunement.

  Through the grace and the works of the heavenly realms.

The Imagination

Consciousness allows the spiritual images - Beholding phase

The inspiration

Significance is perceived - we see the language behind the image - understanding phase

The intuition

Spirit sight is met in the moment - uniting phase

These are the stages of clairvoyance or clear seeing.

Only the reverent soul can perceive the Spiritual, within the Earthly.

Reverence is not just a moral attitude, but a condition to prepare consciousness for perception.

The soul learns reverence each time it chooses wonder over certainty, gratitude over entitlement and listening over haste.
