DIGGING FOUNDATIONS

Some words from Serapis Bey

'There is an intensity that calls for sensible pacing. Pace yourselves

If the words trigger an alchemical response in the physical body,if you are stirred into discomfort or overwhelm, stop the work for a time and take the body into nature.

It is important to create joy in the body. My deepest wish is for you to feel light.

To breathe in joy, and feel the flame of self sanctity and deep respect.

Even to celebrate in some small way the aches and pains of physical life. For The aches and pains are markers upon the map,  of a long  journey,  of many brave steps you have walked along the way.

Cultivate love for your body, and gratitude, always say thank you.

If judgement comes, stop the work for a while and take the body into nature.

Bow with great reverence to what you've gone through, all you've endured as that has taken you into the depths of both physical and spiritual understanding.

Never place judgement upon injury or illness - remember  it was chosen and borne in service to the soul.

Find joy not doom in the great stories and lessons of your time, remembering too these things are borne out of service to the soul.

If judgement comes, stop the work for a while and take the body into nature.

Serve others and remember God. There is no greater blessing than to serve. Service sacrifices the weight of the ego and the weight of personal will.

Yes at first it is hard to put these things down - but when you do,  humility comes and tremendous learning and levity.

Create from within

Know you have the power to move and hold tremendous energy through generating certain feelings within.

So, Be mindful of the body of what you ask it to hold, be joyful.

As you build inner atmospheres, yes the mind may scorn, and the heart may be slow to join the efforts.

Regardless, hold and build the flame within, or whatever atmosphere is needed.

Trusting that every subtle  body will fall into alignment eventually.

And then everybody also.

And if the inner atmosphere feels too  heavy, stop the work for a while and take the body into nature.

Certain physical strengths require a spiritual counterweight.

Intellect requires wisdom

Power correct placement

Speed requires a certain level of foresight.

If balance is lost, stop the work for a time and take the body into nature.

As you stoke the flame of the indwelling light you create a causal effect for the Good of all.

Take the flame into nature - merge your light with mother nature.

NOW, let us look at our plans, foundations, blueprints and charts as architects of our own existence.

We can explore the uncomfortable truth having preferences.

To build we must be clear about what materials we do and do not want.

Truth must be established as the only foundation - so dig deep..

Be assured it is healthy to have preferences.. We should all know what we prefer.

Preferences must come forward without shame.

As Building Plans require clarity; they require a solid understanding of what the indweller will prefer.

Release any shame that alludes you from the truth

The Shame is not in preference - preferences are natural

The Shame is only in wasting the time that is given, avoiding the choice.

Facing yourself, not wasting yourself, pay attention to what is clear and what for now is clouded.

A rather random set of questions about your preferences  is provided for your exploration - to assist you if  you feel called to establish solid plans and building regulations for yourself.

As you continue to build your temple in the physical world,

It is right that you know the answers

that pertains to yourself, even when questions are random.

As all too often there is a lack of definite information creating confusion in physical life.

Please regard  this as an invitation to click the link provided entitled ‘ Building Regulations’

May you feel great joy in your exploration.

Should it be too much at this time - hold the thought, stop the work, and take the body into nature.

Trust your process - Trust your plans'
